Bobby Ray Inman, age 73, formerly of Asheboro, died Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro.Funeral services will be held Friday, May 8, 2009 at 1:00 pm at Salisbury National Cemetery with Rev. Thurman Williams officiating.Mr. Inman was a native of Surry County, a retired Baptist minister and retired from Huff Oil Company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Davis Inman. He is survived by his son, Mike Inman of Asheboro; 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, John Inman of Randleman; sisters, Lottie Stevenson of Randleman, Betty Johnson of Randleman, Doris Frazier of High Point, Frances King of Archdale, Ruth McElreath of Asheboro.The family will receive friends Friday, May 8, 2009 from 10-11:00 am at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
