Jimmy "Jimbo" Howard Pierce, age 51, of 215 Holder-Inman Rd., Randleman died Monday, January 26, 2009 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro.Mr. Pierce was born May 24, 1957 in High Point, NC the son of Harvey H. and Della Pierce. Mr. Pierce was a native of Randolph County and attended Randleman High School. He was formerly employed with Claude Gable for 20 years and a full time Auto Mechanic the following 10 years. Jimmy was good hearted and loved to help people in need. Mr. Pierce was a kidney patient for 18 years. Jimmy is preceded in death by his mother, Della Stilley Pierce.He is survived by one daughter: Kimberly Dawn Hill of Bennett; father, Harvey Howard Pierce of Randleman; sister, Becky and her husband Billy Golden of Randleman; sister, Tammy Montgomery and James Bracken of Welcome; sister Judy and her husband, Tim Collins of Seagrove, sister Nancy and her husband, Michael Johnson of Randleman; Special Friend, Shelly Britt of Thomasville, and several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 28, 2009 from 7 to 9 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, and other times at the home of Harvey Pierce 4562 Randleman Lake Rd Randleman.The funeral will be Thursday, January 29, 2009 at 3:30 PM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman with Rev. Jerry Mills officiating.Burial will follow at Liberty Road Baptist Church Cemetery, Asheboro. Memorials may be made to Asheboro Kidney Center, Patient Emergency Fund, C/O Social Worker, 312 W.
