Betsy S. Morris, age 83, of Randleman went to be with her Heavenly Father Wednesday, October 8, 2008. Mrs. Morris was a native of Randolph County and a member of First United Methodist Church. She was retired owner/operator of the Automotive Wholesale Parts in Randleman. Beloved Mother and "Best Granny" in the world, she loved golfing, working in her yard and shopping. Mrs. Morris is preceded in death by her parents, Junius and Janice Story; husbands, Buddy Bowman, Howard Andrews and James Morris; sisters, Mary Connell of Thomasville and Janet Dimond of Melbourne, Fl.; great granddaughter, Mary Hope Mathison. She is survived by daughter Mary Joan and her husband, Bruce Thorburn of Greensboro, granddaughter Paige and her husband, Paul Jobe of Pleasant Garden; grandson Buddy and his wife, Lisa Thorburn of Thomasville; granddaughter Betsy and her husband, Rusty Evans of High Point; granddaughter Katie and her husband, Ben Mathison of Thomasville; 20 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson, her beloved dog "Sassy Girl" and many friends. The family will receive friends Friday, October 10, 2008 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will be Saturday, October 11, 2008 at 3:00 PM at First United Methodist Church, 301 S. Main St., Randleman with Rev. Dana Bunn and Dr. Darrell Bodie officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery, Asheboro. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 301 S.
