Edna Hall Hogan

Edna Hall Hogan, age 75, of 601 Staley St., Troy died Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at her home. Mrs. Hogan was born November 21, 1932 in Candor, NC, the daughter of the late Calvin and Stella (Lemonds) Hall. She was a member of Long Hill Baptist Church and former employee of Mannington Tile Co. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Roy Hall. She is survived by her husband Roy Hogan of the home; four daughters: Gail Johnson of Troy, Connie Dixon of Cassett, SC, Annette Callicutt of Troy, Karen Wood of Maxton; two sons: Rick Hogan of Troy, Steve Hogan of Sanford; one brother: David Hall of Thomasville; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00-8:00 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Troy; other times at the home. The funeral will be Saturday at 1:00 pm at Long Hill Baptist Church, 637 Capelsie Rd, Candor with Pastor Larry Beaver and Rev. Lonnie Poole officiating. Burial will be in Southside Cemetery, S.
