Robert Lee Macfayden

Robert Lee "Bob" Macfayden, age 59, of 342 Worth St., Asheboro died Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at his home. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Rev. Chad Marley officiating and with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard. Mr. Macfayden was a native of Randolph County, was a graduate of Asheboro High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Bob was retired from Randolph County Emergency Services after 20 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Denise Redding Allison Macfayden; sons, Robert Scott Macfayden and his wife Teresa of Troy, NC; David Robert Macfayden and his fiance Stephanie Worden of Franklinville, NC; Lee Anthony Macfayden and his wife Jennifer of Asheboro, NC; and Robert Glenn "Robbie" Macfayden of Franklinville, NC; grandchildren, Adam Weston Macfayden and Bayley Anne Macfayden and step grandson, Seth Hunter Hallyburton. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 5, 2008 from 6:30 - 8:30 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC and other times at his home.
