William Clarence Robbins

William Clarence Robbins, age 80, of 1276 Canterbury Trail, Asheboro died Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mr. Robbins was born March 22, 1931 in Reidsville, NC the son of Rayford and Louise Mayberry Robbins. He was a self-employed wallpaper hanger and painter with W. C. Robbins Wallpaper and Painting for over 40 years. Mr. Robbins was an US Army veteran of the Korean War and attended Sunset Ave. Church of God. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rayford and Louise Robbins. He is survived by his wife, Jacksie L. Robbins of the home and one daughter: Patsy Allred and her husband, Harvey of Asheboro. The family will receive friends Monday, October 17, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. Graveside service will be held at Randolph Memorial Park, Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Mike Stoltzsus officiating and military honors by Randolph County Honor Guard.
