Harold Frank Shaw

Harold Frank Shaw, age 67, of 772 Bescher Chapel Rd., Trinity died Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 21, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Pierce's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church, Ross Wood Rd., Trinity with Elder Ted Morton officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Shaw was a native of Forsyth County, NC, was retired from Hedgecock Builders Supply Company of Asheboro, and was a member of Pierce's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church. Harold was an avid woodworker, enjoyed spending time in his garden, and loved being surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife, Joann Parrish Shaw; sons, David Shaw and his wife Donna of Denton, NC; Terry Shaw and his wife Nielda of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Brittney Shaw of Asheboro, NC; Corey Shaw of Denton, NC; Taylor Shaw of Denton, NC; Rebecca Shaw of Denton, NC; Emma Shaw of Denton, NC; Aidan Shaw of Atlanta, GA; Ian Shaw of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Mary Hill and her husband John of Asheboro, NC, Hilda Hester and her husband Eugene of Greensboro, NC; Judith Surratt and her husband Charles of Denton, NC; Shirley Lambeth of Denton, NC brother, Herman E. Shaw and his wife Patricia of Thomasville, NC. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 20, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro.
