Timothy Paul Tim Player, age 17, of 1018 Amity Road, Asheboro died Saturday, September 15, 2007 in Asheboro. Tim was a native of Monroe County, NY, was a student at Asheboro High School, and attended Bailey's Grove Baptist Church. He is survived by his mother, Darlene Player of the home; father, James William Player; brother, James W. Player, Jr. of Rochester, NY; sisters, Sarah Player of Edinboro, PA, Sharon Player of the home; maternal grandmother, Betty Sprankle of the home; maternal grandfather, Don Sprankle of Port Charlotte, FL; paternal grandmother, Gail Player of Spencerport, NY; niece, Harmony Sage Player. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 19, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jonathan Shook officiating.
