Sonya Ann Bowman

Sonya Ann Bowman, 53, left her earthly home on Saturday, September 4, 2021, leaving behind her precious fur babies that she loved dearly.

Sonya was born October 24, 1967 the daughter of Berlie Bowman and Judy Pearman Beal. She was a graduate of  Randleman High School and Randolph Community College with a nursing degree. In addition, her parents, Sonya is preceded in death by her grandparents, Paul and Orethia Bowman and her special grandmother, Laura Hamlet.

She is survived by her uncles: Harold Saferight (Wanda) of Randleman, Leonard Bowman (Ann) of Bethany, Johnny Bowman (Melia) of Madison and David Bowman (Darlene) of Madison; aunt, Paulette Bowman of Reidsville and sister: Jewel Roark of Abbington, VA.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 14, 2021 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro.

The family would like to extend an special Thanks to Cheryl Saferight for her help and compassion to Sonya.
