Juanita Pritchard

Juanita Hill Pritchard passed away of natural causes, at River Park Senior Living in Little River SC on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. She was 95 years of age. Mrs. Pritchard was born in Asheboro on May 11, 1925 to Julius Edgebert Hill and Gertrude May Webb Hill. On September 6, 1945, she married the love of her life, David McKinley Pritchard, who preceded her in death in 1999. She was a lifetime member of Neighbors Grove Wesleyan Church where she was active in the Women’s Missionary Society, taught Sunday School and directed the Young Talents choir. Mrs. Pritchard was a devoted wife, loving Mother of 3, Grandmother to 8 and Great Grandmother to 11. She loved her family, her church and her church family. She was a blessing to many throughout her life. She is survived by her children: David M. Pritchard Jr (Carolyn) of Columbia SC, Sharon Deutsch (Michael) of Ocean Isle Beach NC and Neil Pritchard of Mt. Gilead NC. Her Grandchildren: Lindsay Laney (Walter) and Brian Deutsch (Brooke) McKinley Pritchard (Abigail), Jonathan and Benjamin Pritchard. Kristyn, Clay and Blakely Pritchard. A private graveside service for the family will be held at Randolph Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Neighbors Grove Wesleyan Church, 1928 N. Fayetteville St. Asheboro, NC 27203 and DSNGG (Down Syndrome Network of Greater Greensboro) 3304 Nathanael Rd, Greensboro NC 27408. Pugh Funeral Home in Asheboro is serving the family.
