Bertha Faye Langley Whitt

Bertha Faye Langley Whitt, age 77, of Randleman, died Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro. Mrs. Whitt was born December 10, 1942 the daughter of Floyd Lee and Carrie Connor Langley. Bertha was a native of Chatham County and spent her early years in the Liberty/Staley area. She worked in the furniture/textile industries most of her life. She enjoyed crafts, playing BINGO and yard sales. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by: daughter and her husband: Kimberly (Dennis) McDowell of Randleman, NC; son and his wife: Michael Lee (Susan) Whitt of Silsbee, TX; daughter: Lisa W. Bradley of Asheboro, NC; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. The Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 6:00 pm at Worthville Baptist Church, 1053 Castle Rock Road, Randleman with Pastor Junior Dawkins and Rev. Bill Massey officiating.
