Frank Lee Curry

Frank Lee Curry, age 75, of Asheboro died Sunday, November 10, 2019 at his home.

Mr. Curry was born August 13, 1944 the son of Dr. Frank Freeman Curry and Beryl Newton Curry.

Frank was a native of Seattle, WA and a retired Sergeant Major from the US Army. He was also retired as the Director of the Asheboro Housing Authority. He is preceded in death by his father: Dr. Frank Freeman Curry.

He is survived by his wife: Nickey L. Curry; son and his wife: James (Ainslee) Curry of Fuquay-Varina, NC; granddaughter: Haley Curry; grandson: Michael Bennett; mother: Beryl Newton Curry; sister and her husband: Pricilla (Ray) Allen of Seattle, WA; sister: Patty Curry of Seattle, WA and three brothers: Robert Curry of Fresno, CA, David Curry of Seattle, WA and Paul Curry of Seattle, WA.

The family will receive friends Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 11:30 AM-12:45 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The funeral will follow, with military honors, at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Mike Thompson officiating.
