Wrenn Hayes, Jr.

Claudie Wrenn Hayes, Jr., age 64, of 227 Holiday Dr., Salisbury died Thursday, June 26, 2008 at Rowan Regional Medical Center, Salisbury. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at 12:00 noon at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Rev. Jeff Joyce officiating. Mr. Hayes was a native of Randolph County and was employed with Jockey International in Mocksville. Wrenn enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and spending time at the beach. He enjoyed NASCAR racing and was an avid Dale Earnhardt, Sr. fan. He is survived by his daughter, Theresa Hayes King and her husband Greg of Sophia, NC; son, Timothy E. Hayes of Annandale, VA; grandsons, Colby Jacob King and Ryan Matthew King; brothers, Milton G. Hayes of Salisbury, NC and Bobby L. Hayes and his wife Melissa of Ramseur, NC; several nieces and nephews; girlfriend, Brenda Kelly of the home; former wife, Clarice Wilson and her husband Ken of Franklinville, NC; favorite dog, Digger. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 28, 2008 from 10:00 AM-11:30 AM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC and other times at the home of Clarice and Ken Wilson, 754 Academy St., Franklinville, NC.
