Wray Thomas White

Wray Thomas White, age 67, of 711 Mountain Rd., Asheboro went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 15, 2010. A mass will be held Monday, July 19, 2010 at 11:00 am at St Joseph Catholic Church in Asheboro, NC with Father Christopher Davis officiating. A graveside service will be held at a later date at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery in Grenville, SD. Mr. White was a native of St. Paul, MN, a Navy veteran and was a farmer near Roslyn, SD until 1980 when he moved to Gillette, WY. He retired from Anedarko Petroleum in July 2007. He was an avid fisherman and loved spending time with his family. Mr. White was preceded in death by his son, Thomas White and father, Ernest White. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann White; daughter, Janet White Booterbaugh and her husband Jamey of Greensboro; sons, John Wray White and his wife Tammie of Prairieville, LA, James Wray White of Asheboro; granddaughter, Alexandrea White; grandson, Jadan White; mother, Irene White of Roslyn, SD; mother-in-law, Rosemary Lesnar of Roslyn, SD; sister, Patricia Helwig and her husband Thomas of Watertown, SD; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, David and Mary Lesnar of Roslyn, SD; special friends, Ray and Judie Hendrickson of Grygla, MN; nieces and nephews.
