Willis Jones

Willis Jones, 84, passed away on December 19 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. He died at home in the company of his family. Willis was a long time resident of Ramseur and eastern Randolph County. He spent the majority of his life working for Klopman Mills and Burlington Industries in Ramseur. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Wilma Cole Jones; son, Lonnie Jones and wife Margaret; nine grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 28 from 12:00-2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel.
