Willie Albert Kidd

Willie "Bill" Albert Kidd, age 93, of 4528 Bowman Ave., Randleman went home to be with the Lord Sunday, February 5, 2012 after several years of declining health. Mr. Kidd was born December 8, 1918 the second child of thirteen to William and Bertha Kidd of Moore County. Bill served in the US Army during WWII. He was an former member of First Wesleyan Church in Randleman. He loved to cook and do woodworking. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years: Celia Eades Kidd of the home; daughter: Linda Lockhart and her husband Thomas also of the home; sister: Mary Stanley of Silver Valley, NC; brothers: Leslie Madison "Bud" Kidd, and Archie "Dude" Kidd, both of Liberty. The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 7, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will be held Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman with Rev. Frank Barrett officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro with the Randolph County Honor Guard. Memorials may be made to Hospice Of Randolph, P.O.
