William Harold "Bill" Mulford

William Harold "Bill" Mulford, Troy, died Monday, April 30, 2018 at Carolinas Healthcare System Albemarle.

Mr. Mulford was born in l941 in New Jersey. He was an Air Force Veteran, having served in Libya during the Vietnam war.

He was retired from Rowan Regional Hospital as a Microbiologist in the medical lab. He was also an active member of the Gideons International, Montgomery County Camp, in which he was an original charter member when the camp started in September of 1978. Bill was a longtime member of First Baptist Church and an avid hunter and fisherman.

He is survived by his wife: Brenda; two daughters: Christine Rodriguez and Jennifer Lineberry (Ronnie); grandsons: Caleb Lineberry and Nate Lineberry; granddaughter, Isabella Rodriguez; two brothers: Ron Mulford and Bob Mulford; one sister: Betty Lewis.

The family will receive friends Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 1:00 - 1:45 PM at First Baptist Church of Troy, 401 E. Main St., Troy, NC. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 with Dr. Jeffrey Hartman and Rev. Raleigh Castello officiating.
