William Joe Hoskins

William Joe Hoskins, age 65, of 5053 Island Ford Road in Randleman died Saturday, October 4, 2008 at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro. Mr. Hoskins was born February 16, 1943 in Asheboro the son of Walter Jerome and Queen Essie Hill Hoskins. Mr. Hoskins was a native of Randolph County. In addition to his parents William is preceded in death by his sisters, Mattie Walden and Lucy Parsons and brother, Melvin Hoskins. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Swaney Hoskins; son: William Joe Hoskins of Asheboro; grandchildren: Kindel and William Joey Hoskins; step-sons: Troy Trogdon, Jr. of Asheboro and Scott Trogdon of Level Cross; step grandchildren: Klharrisa, Konnor, Aydin and Debby Trogdon; sister: Griszella "Bo" Parsons and her husband Phillip of Randleman; brothers: Eugene Hoskins and his wife Faye of Asheboro and Oliver Hoskins of Randleman. The family will receive friends Monday, October 6, 2008 from 7 - 9 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street in Randleman. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at 2:00 PM at St. Peter United Methodist Church, 8705 U.S. 220 Business North in Randleman with the Rev. Liston Sellers, Jr. officiating.
