William Hayden Ferguson

William Hayden Ferguson, age 73, of Asheboro died Monday, March 3, 2014 at his home. Mr. Ferguson was born May 17, 1940 to Wilford and Jenny Ferguson in Chillicothe, OH. He lived most of his life in Ohio. Mr. Ferguson was retired from The Home Place in High Point and was a member of Hilltop Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Albert Ray Ferguson. He is survived by his wife, Patty Redden Ferguson; daughters, Shelia Lynn Baublitz of Asheboro, Linda Sizemore of Jeffersonville, OH; sons, Bradley Scott Ferguson of Randleman, William Ferguson, Jr. and wife Annette of Asheboro, Troy Ferguson and wife Elyse of Welcome; grandchildren, Chris, William, Amanda, Breanna, Kimberly, Isaac, Michelle, Savannah, Sydney, Travis; great grandchildren, Payton, Adrian, Brody, Brooklyn; sisters, Anna Mae Jordan of Dayton , OH, Alice Huff of Bainbridge, OH, Margaret Thomas of Randleman, Virginia Bowman of Randleman, Mildred White of Randleman; brothers, Norman Ferguson of Bloomingburg, OH, Roger Ferguson of Bainbridge, OH. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 6, 2014 from 6 - 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 9, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Hilltop Baptist Church, 826 Crestview Church Rd., Asheboro with Rev. Joseph Brown officiating. Entombment will follow at Randolph Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to American Kidney Fund, 6110 Executive Blvd., Suite 1010, Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852. Due to the inclement weather the funeral has been rescheduled for 2 PM on Sunday, March 9th.
