Willa Dean Routh Brown, age 83, of Franklinville died Thursday, September 14, 2017 at her home.
Mrs. Brown was born July 9, 1934 the daughter of John Page "J.P" and Vallie Thomas Routh.
Willa was a native of Randolph County and a charter member of Faith Temple Baptist Church, where she was an active member and held many positions. She loved the Lord and was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Willa Dean retired from the US Postal Service from Randleman Post Office, then she became a truck driver along with her husband. She was known for rescuing and caring for animals and her joy was her dog "Joy Bell". In addition to her parents, Willa is preceded in death by her sons, Darrell and Anthony Hutson, grandson, Marshall Ross DeBari, brothers, Worth and Bobby Routh and sister, Barbara Trogdon.
She is survived by her husband: Wiley Brown of the home; daughter: Kelly Julian of Randleman; grandchildren: Joseph DeBari of Franklinville and Kayden DeBari of Randleman; sister: Phyllis York and husband D.M. of Randleman; and extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Faith Temple Baptist Church Cemetery, 3075 Mack Lineberry Road, Franklinville with Pastor Joe Farlow officiating.
