Clovis Wayne Hancock, age 77, of 212 N. Stout St., Randleman died Friday, April 1, 2011 at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro.
Mr. Hancock was born in Randleman and retired from Burlington Industries. He was formerly employed with Fox Apparrell and several furniture frame shops. He was a US Air Force veteran and a member of Bible Holiness Church in Randleman.
He is survived by his wife: Louise Minton Hancock; Daughter: Ann Turner and her husband, Wade of Randleman; Sons: Craig and his wife, Deborah Hancock; Chris and his wife, Sandra Hancock, and Keith and his wife, Bonita Hancock, all of Randleman, NC; Grandchildren, Candy Caulder and her husband, Kevin, Brandon Hancock, Haley Hancock, Michael Hancock, Cheyenne Hancock, Sarah Hancock, Kevin Turner, Jr. Turner, Richard Price and Christian Hancock; Great Grandchildren, Sean, Dustin, and Krista Caulder; Twin Sister, Elaine Lundy of Randleman, NC, Neices, Rachel Thornton and Debbie Lundy; Nephew, Gary Lundy.
The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will be held Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Bible Holiness Church, 373 McCollum St., Randleman, NC with Rev. C. Michael Stumbo officiating.
Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park with Military Honors provided by the Randolph County Honor Guard.
