Virginia Key McGill, age 77, of 417 Sunrise Ave., Asheboro passed away Thursday, September 10, 2009 at the Hinkle Hospice House, Lexington.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 4:00 PM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. CC Dawkins officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Park.Mrs. McGill was a native of Surry County and was retired from the finance department at GE/Black & Decker after 33 years of service. At the time of her death, she was co-owner of the family business, City Cycle Sales and Service.She is survived by her husband, Van W. McGill of the home; brother, Willie Jay Key and his wife Charlotte of Asheboro and many nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 12, 2009 from 3:00-4:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Worthville Baptist Church, 1053 Castle Rock Road, Randleman, NC 27317 or Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
