Victor Clay Allred, age 73, of Franklinville died Friday, January 31, 2014 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation.
Mr. Allred was born in Asheboro on July 15, 1940 to John Wesley Allred and Mildred Elizabeth Robinson Allred. He retired as a rock mason. In addition to his parents, Victor was preceded in death by his son Michael Tolbert. Victor was an excellent leather craftsman and rock mason, loved bass fishing, and was a very jovial person.
He is survived by his daughters, Corey Allred of Asheboro, Hope Allred of Arkansas; granddaughter, Kayleigh Maness of Asheboro; grandsons, Christopher Maness of Asheboro, Austin Allred of Arkansas; brothers, Marty Allred and his wife, Toni of Asheboro, Johnny Allred and his wife Marilyn of Asheboro, Thomas W. Allred of Franklinville and sister, Deloris Key and her husband, Danny of Asheboro.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 10, 2014 at 4:00 pm at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro.
