Treva Joyce Powell York, age 55, of 19-B Worthville St., Randleman died Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 28, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro with Pastor Jonathan Shook officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro. Ms. York was born in Hoke County and spent most of her life in Randolph County. She was self employed as a Daycare Sitter for the elderly and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her daughters, Cindy Chriscoe of Seagrove, NC, Crystal Lambeth of Asheboro, NC, sons, Billy York of Asheboro, NC, Jaime York of Randleman, NC; 5 grandchildren; 3 sisters, and 5 brothers. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 27, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC and other times at the home of her daughter, Crystal Lambeth, 2530 Old Cedar Falls Rd., Asheboro.
