Toni Harsch McCune

Toni Harsch McCune, age 81, of Asheboro died Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. McCune was born August 30, 1937 in Germany to Gottlieb and Emma Harsch. 

She was retired from Centel Phone Company as a telephone operator.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. McCune was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, J. Douglas McCune and brother, Henry Harsch.  

She is survived by daughter, Tammy Rushbrook and husband Harry of Asheboro; grandchildren, Nickolas A. Rushbrook and Rachel F. Rushbrook.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 6, 2019 from 10:30-11:00 am at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro.  Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am in the Pugh Funeral Home. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
