Timothy David Sparkman

Timothy David Sparkman, age 32, of Troy died Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Northeast Medical Center, Concord. Mr. Sparkman was born June 24, 1982 and was a native of Troy. David was a member of White Crest Baptist Church and after completing high school, he was employed at the Jesse Cole Center as an assembler. David enjoyed going places, walking and loved music. David was very outgoing and a real people person. He was preceded in death by his mother: Linda Jean Talley Sparkman. He is survived by his sister: Heather Sparkman Threadgill and her husband, Scott; their children: Haven and Wiley Threadgill; foster dad: Greg Talley all of Troy; aunts: Carolyn Talley of Asheboro, Janice Lemons and Evelyn Dennis both of Troy and uncle: Dewey Talley of Asheboro. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 North Main Street, Troy, NC. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 2:00 PM at White Crest Baptist Church, 1051 River Road, Mt Gilead with Rev. Ken McRae officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
