Timothy Lynn Garner

Timothy Lynn "Timmy" Garner, Jr., age 9, of 1201 Timberlane Rd., Asheboro died Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Brenner Childrens Hospital in Winston-Salem. Timmy was a native of Asheboro and was a rising fourth grader at Guy B. Teachey Elementary School. He is survived by his father, Timothy Garner of Asheboro; mother, Amy Garner of Asheboro; brothers, Logan Drover and Dylan Drover both of Asheboro; paternal grandparents, Joan and Willie Garner of Asheboro; maternal grandmother, Judy Johnson and her husband Donald of Randleman; great grandmother, Carole Ostroski of Randleman; great grandparents, Tom and Norma Fox of Asheboro; and great grandparents, Angie And Robert Kneist of Port Gibson, NY. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 25, 2012 from 12:00-2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. Funeral services will follow on Saturday at 2:30 pm at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Moses and Preacher Howard Moffitt officiating. Burial will be in the New Center Christian Church Cemetery.
