Thomas "Luke" Spencer, age 19, of Franklinville died Saturday, July 25, 2015.
Luke had such a big heart that no matter what, you had to love him. He was athletic, trustworthy, courageous (unless he watched a scary movie), and the best friend you could ever want to have. He had a very entertaining personality and always knew how to make us laugh. Words can't really describe our Luke but we are so glad we could share him with you. If there is one thing that we know about Luke its that he always lived life to the fullest. The impact he had is unforgettable, and we will always cherish that. Since he was taken away from us so young remember to hold him in your heart and mind. Keep that smile of his in your spirit. He would want it that way.
He is survived by his mother and step-father: Connie and Frankie Cross of Franklinville; father and step-mother: Thomas and Cheryl Spencer of Sophia; and step-father Brian Lee Towe and Karen Meadows of High Point; sisters: Candace Marion and Paige Cross; brothers: Gatlin Hurley, Julian Cross and Dusty Marion; grandparents, Cleo and Frances Spencer of Sophia, Jimmy and Carole Lamb of Randleman, and Ruth Towe of Ararat; aunts and uncles: Ramona and Charlie Oakley, Jimmy and Shannon Mintz, Jamie Dixon, Tracy and Lisa Spencer and Dawn and Kadjol Choudhry; cousins: Brittney and Gabby Mintz, Amber Harris, Ashley and Allie Oakley, Joey Whitaker, Callie Dixon, Renee Fitzgerald and Madelyn Carver; nieces, Adalie and Chloe; girlfriend, Allie Cheek.
