Thomas Randall "Tommy" Perry, IV, age 28, of Kernersville died Monday, March 12, 2018 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro.
Tommy was a native of Huntington, W. Va. and he attended Randleman High School. Tommy was a "gentle giant" with a huge heart and great sense of humor, which could be why he was known to be a good story teller. Cooking came easily to him and would give his last dollar to anyone in need. His son, Jameson was his rock and the apple of his eye, whom he loved very much.
He is survived by his mother; Lisa Fowler Sperry of Kernersville; son, Jameson Perry of Winston-Salem; mother of his son, Emily Kendrick of Winston-Salem; sister, Sheena Sperry of Randleman; brothers, Andrew Sperry of Randleman and Rusty Craven of Kernersville; father, Thomas Randall Perry, III; several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
The family will receive friends Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 2:00-4:00PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will follow at 4:00 pm in the chapel.
