Theron Augusta Burrow

Theron Augusta Burrow, age 78, of 206 S. Stout St., Randleman died Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at 206 S. Stout St., Randleman. A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 9, 2008 at 1:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro with Rev. Richard Hill officiating. Mr. Burrow was a native of Randolph County and a Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict. Before becoming disabled, Mr. Burrow was a self employed paint contractor. In addition to his parents, Henry Carvey and Mattie Vestal Burrows, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Hazel Burrow and Frances Richardson, brothers, Lester and Wilbur Burrows and grandson, Jeremy Jason Burrows. He is survived by his wife, Gladys Lee Furr Burrows; daughter, Penny Burrows of Badin Lake, NC; son, Jimmy Burrows of Randleman, NC; grandchildren, Caleb Seth Burrows, Amber Michelle Thompson; great grandchildren, Kellan Jason Burrows, Maggie Michelle Thompson, William Phillip Thompson; sisters, Ruth Maness of Virginia, Geneve Callicutt of Franklinville, NC, Betty Lou Spivey of Randleman, NC; brothers, Henry Carvey Burrow, Jr. of Randleman, NC, James Burrow of Mississippi.
