Theresa Jane White

Theresa Jane White, age 69, of Asheboro died Friday, September 1, 2017 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro.

Born June 11, 1948, Theresa is the daughter of Wayne Earl White and Geraldine Whitley White, who have preceded her in death.

Ms. White was a native of Randolph County and was a graduate with the 1967 Class of Gray’s Chapel High School.  She was retired from Randolph County Public Library Extension Service and loved animals and watching sports.  Theresa was a member of Providence Friends Meeting, where she devoted a large part of her life.

She is survived by two brothers: Lyndon White and his wife, Camilla of Asheboro, David White and his wife, Minnette Cihlar of Jamestown, two nieces: Morgan White Robbins and her husband, Tyler of Seagrove and Kenley Guy White of Charlotte.

The family will receive friends Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 3:00-3:45 PM at Providence Friends Meeting, 2054 Providence Church Road, Pleasant Garden, NC, with the funeral service to follow at 4:00 PM with Rev. Larry McIntyre officiating.

Burial will follow in the Meeting Cemetery.
