Theodore William Bame, age 84, formerly of Randleman died Friday, January 4, 2013 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro.
Mr. Bame was born May 30, 1928 the son of John William and Nettie Jane Freeman Bame. Theodore was a native of Randolph County and a US Army of the Koran Conflict. He retired from Burlington Industries, formerly employed at Deep River Fabricators and was a member of Old Union United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, Theodore is preceded in death by his wife, Annie Lee Bame; son, William Glen Bame; sisters, Edna Marie Bame, Francis Bame Conner and Eleanora Bame; brother, Henry Edwin Bame.
He is survived by one daughter: Edna Lee Bame of Randleman; sister: Wilma Mae Bame of Sophia; brother: John Wesley Bame of Sophia.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 9, 2013 from 6:30-8:30 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will be held Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 3:30 pm at Old Union United Methodist Church, 5077 Walker Mill Rd., Sophia with Rev. Nancy Krall officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
