Terry Lee Nelson

Terry Lee Nelson, age 59, of Randleman died at his home. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Rev. Junior Hannig officiating. Mr. Nelson was born in Asheboro, NC on June 12, 1952 to William Lee and Mary Frances Trail Nelson, who preceded him in death. He was retired from Southern Railway. Terry was an avid outsdoorsman, loved Carolina basketball, and enjoyed reading military history. He is survived by his brothers, Mike Nelson and his wife Cheryl of Franklinville, NC and Wayne Nelson and his wife Connie of Zebulon, NC; and nieces, Stephanie Smith and her husband Jonathan and their sons, Jakob and Lukas, and Michelle Townsend and her husband Charles.
