Taressa Ann Nelson

Taressa Ann Nelson, age 44, of Asheboro died Saturday, July 8, 2017 at her home.

Taressa was a native of Randolph County. She loved her family and Carson was the apple of her eye. Taressa enjoyed keeping up to date with her friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Danny Ray Nelson and both sets of grandparents.

She is survived by her son: Brantley Hicks of Asheboro; mother Sandra Thredgill Nelson of Asheboro; grandson, Carson Eli Hicks; sister: Melanie Nelson of Asheboro; brother: Steve Nelson of Asheboro; aunts and uncle, Brenda Spencer of Asheboro, Jackie Hodgin of Level Cross and Larry and Catherine Newman of Sophia; special friends: Megan Shove, Kenneth Totten, Mary Ann Compton and Barbie Curry.

A service will be held at a later date.
