Susan Lee Ward, age 45, of 204 McCranford Rd., Asheboro died Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Ms. Ward was a native Charleston, WV and was employed with Evergreen Senior Center in High Point. She is survived by her sons, John Ward of Asheboro, NC, Kenneth Tucker of High Point, NC, Steven Carter of Hurricane, WV; mother, Carol Ritchie Ward of Ramseur, NC; 6 grandchildren; sisters, Rachael Ward of Ramseur, NC, Tina Harrah of Columbus, OH.
