Steve Landford Sanders

Steve Landford Sanders, age 63, of Randleman died Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mr. Sanders was born July 25, 1950 the son of Branson and Sadie Allred Sanders. Steve was a native of Moore County and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He was an electrician for IBEW for 42 years. He is survived by his wife: Linda Bowman Sanders of the home; daughters: Sharon Woods of Randleman, Angela Hughes (Shannon Small) of Asheboro, Terry Cole (Brian) of Asheboro, Stephanie Hayes (Josh) of Seagrove and Stevie Sanders (Cory Brady) of Randleman; sons: Darrell Woods (Tracy) of Carthage, and Branson Fields (Cara) of Randleman; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sister: Donna Hearne of Mt Gilead; brothers: Stoney "Garland" Sanders and Curnie Sanders both of Eagle Springs, Danny Sanders of Mt Gilead, and Darrell Sanders of Coleridge. The family will receive friends Saturday, April 5, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will be held Sunday, April 6, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Bethel Baptist Church, 4836 Robbins Circle Rd., Asheboro with Dr. Jody Harrison, Preacher Claudie Harrison and Preacher Brian Cole officiating.
