Steve Edward Kellis, Jr.

Steve Edward Kellis, Jr., age 26, of 308 Dover Church Rd., Star died Tuesday, July 1, 2008 near his home. Steve was born November 8, 1981 at Montgomery County, NC, the son of Steve Edward Kellis and Robin (Eaton) Lassiter. He was an employee of Maynard Frame Shop. In addition to his father and mother he is survived by his wife Linsey Mabe Kellis of the home; two sons: Ethan Edward Kellis and Skyler Chase Kellis of the home; one brother: Brian Eddie Kellis of Troy; maternal grandmother, Lousie Eaton of Troy. The family will receive friends Friday from 1-2:30 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Troy; other times at the home of his brother, Brian Eddie Kellis of 119 Williamson St., Troy. A graveside service will be held Friday at 3:30 pm at Kellis Family Cemetery, Center Baptist Church Rd, Jackson Springs with Rev. Lee Carter officiating. Arrangements by Pugh-Troy Funeral Home.
