Silvino Joseph Stefanacci

Silvino Joseph "Sal" Stefanacci, age 82, of 301 Ashwood Circle, Asheboro died Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro.Mr. Stefanacci was a native of Ft. Plain, NY, was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII and was retired from Life Savers candy manufacturer. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Johnstown, NY, the VFW in Ft. Plain, NY and American Legion Post 45 in Asheboro, NC. He is survived by his wife, Ruth McRedmond Stefanacci; son, Paul Stefanacci and his wife Robin of Asheboro, NC; daughter, Joanne Goodrich and her husband Greg of Scotia, NY; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Esther Gehring of Nelliston, NY and Virginia Vosburgh of Canajohare, NY.A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 5, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Business North, Asheboro with Father Christopher Davis officiating.Memorials may be made to American Heart Association, P.
