Sarah Elizabeth Lamb, age 78, of North Pointe Assisted Living, Randleman died Friday, September 2, 2011 at Autumn Care Nursing & Rehabilitation, Biscoe. Ms. Lamb was born January 25, 1933 in Randolph County, NC the daughter of Jance Addison and Cluster Fields Lamb. Ms. Lamb was a native of Randolph County and resided in Randleman all of her life. She also was a member of New Life Family Fellowship Church. Sarah loved her family, enjoyed going to church, listening to her favorite music and sending birthday cards to all she knew. In addition to her parents, Sarah was preceded in death by one brother: Ralph Lamb, three sisters: Ethel L. Turner, Exie L. Slaydon and Pauline L. Allred, and a niece, Sandy L. Hall. She is survived by her nieces: Ann Allred, Doris Henson, Linda Staley and Barbara Linton all of Randleman, NC; nephews: James Turner and Jerry Allred both of Randleman, NC and Rusty Lambe of Lewisville, NC, all of whom loved her very much. The family will receive friends Monday, September 5, 2011 from 1:30-3:00 PM prior to the 3:00 PM funeral service in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC with Anthony Cheek officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery, Randleman. Memorials may be made to Hospice Of Randolph, P.O. Box 9, Asheboro, NC 27204-0009 or Randolph County Senior Adults Association, 144 W.
