Sam Laughlin, age 94 of Randleman, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Sam went home on October 28, 2019 at the Hospice Home in High Point.
Sam is shouting the victory in Heaven now. He enjoyed wood working, mowing, and gardening. Sam retired from Cone Mills in Greensboro after more than 40 years of service. He is reunited with his wife of 74 years, Juanita; sons, Timmy Laughlin, Sam Laughlin, Jr.; parents, Wister and Bertha Barnes Laughlin; and 11 siblings. What a reunion it must be in Heaven now.
He is survived by daughters: Wanda Cox and husband Lee of High Point, Eva Hussey of Level Cross; son, Tony Laughlin and wife Amy of Randleman; grandchildren; Sherry Foster and husband Marvin, Archie Moore and wife Antria, Carolyn Myers and husband Billy, Bobby Moore, Johnny Hussey and wife Phanya, Tina Klein and husband Blake, 11 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren.
A memorial graveside service will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Level Cross United Methodist Church Cemetery, 10142 US Hwy 220 Bus N., Randleman, with Rev. Joey Miller officiating. Visitation will follow the service at the graveside.
