Salona Frances Brower Burrow

ASHEBORO - Frances Brower Burrow, age 85, of 1302 Old Cox Rd., Asheboro died Friday, March 26, 2010 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation, Asheboro. Mrs. Burrow was born March 24, 1925 the daughter of Rufus Garland and Victoria Davis Brower. Frances was a native of Guilford County and worked at Bossong Hosiery Mill. She loved flowers, yard sales, gardening and home canning. She was very social and never met a stranger. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings: Nancy Loflin, Wade Brower, James Brower, and Marie B. Cagle She is survived by: son and his wife, Larry L. and Linda Brower of Randleman, NC; son and his wife, James O. "Jimmy" and Geri Brower of Asheboro, NC; sister and her husband, Brenda and Danny Aldridge of Asheboro, NC; sisters: Mildred Keeling of Asheboro, NC, Shirley Freeman of King, NC 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 28, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC and other times at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Linda Brower 3021 Forest Park Drive Randleman, NC. The funeral will be Monday, March 29, 2010 at 11:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, Asheboro with Rev. Jimmy C. Shirlen officiating.
