Sally Peterson Abernathy

Sally Peterson Abernathy, age 74, of Asheboro passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Randolph Hospital.

Mrs. Abernathy was born in Highland Park, IL on December 5, 1947 to Norman and Alice Morris Peterson, who preceded her in death.  Sally was formerly employed with B.B. Walker Shoe Company.  

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert Abernathy; daughter, Amy Elizabeth Moxley; and sister, Susan Miller of Illinois.
