Ruth Carol Baker, age 66, of 2738 Pilot Mountain Rd., Lot #14, Asheboro died Sunday, August 21, 2011 at the Randolph Hospice House. No funeral services will be held. Ms. Baker was a native of Randolph County and was a former employee of Deep River Fabricators. She is survived by her daughters, Danelle Baker of Asheboro, NC, Arethia Lynn Gray of Asheboro, NC; sons, William Keith Owens of Ramseur, NC, Ray Allred of Greensboro, NC, Douglas McCoy Baker of Asheboro, NC; 8 grandchildren; sisters, Teresa Rierson of Key West, FL, Ellen Frye of Ramseur, NC; and brothers, James Rierson of Coleridge, NC, and J.R.
