Ruby Allred Robbins, age 90, of Randleman died Friday, February 27, 2015 at home. Ms. Robbins was born July 24, 1924 the daughter of William Fred and Clara J. Haney Allred. Ms. Robbins was a Native of Randolph County, a member of Sophia Baptist Church and retired from Drexel Heritage in High Point after 20 years of service. Ruby was a good mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents Ruby is preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Daniel Robbins, Jr. and her sisters & brothers. She is survived by daughter: Brenda Walton of Sophia; son: Irvin Daniel Robbins, III of Sophia; grand children: Sandra Turner and her husband Jeff of Randleman and Tammy Davis and her husband Chris of Marshville; great grandchildren: Melissa, Kelsey, Azia, Arron, JJ, Aleshia, Ameliya, Auston and Asia; 8 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, March 2, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street in Randleman. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street in Randleman with Pastor David Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro.
