Ruby Needham

Ruby Brewer Needham, age 72, of 2982 Lions Rest Rd., Asheboro died Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro. Mrs. Needham was a native of Moore County and was formerly employed with Professional Sewing Company. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church where she was active in the music ministry. Mrs. Needham was preceded in by her father, Clyde Brewer, son, Ty Hooker and grandson, Ethan Frazier. She is survived by her husband, Johnny Needham; daughter, Tammy Cromer and her husband Chris of Asheboro; son, Randy Hill and his wife Tammy of Randleman; step-mother, Frances Brewer of Asheboro; sister, Cyldeene Routh of Asheboro; grandchildren, Tanya Kaufman of Asheboro, Tesha Hooker of Asheboro, Kristen Hooker Cooper of Siler City, Lauren Hooker of Asheboro, Dylan Hill of Randleman, Drew Frazier of High Point; 6 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday, February 26, 2012 from 1:30-3:00 pm at Antioch Baptist Church, 148 Drum St., Asheboro. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 pm with Rev. Lee Green and Rev. Wayne Eller officiating. Burial will be at Brown's Chapel Christian Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph, P.O.
