Roscoe Conklyn Gray

Roscoe Conklyn "Muttley" Gray, age 37, of Asheboro died Sunday, August 10, 2014.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in New Hope Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Gray was born in Washington, DC on May 12, 1977 to Norris and Mary Brower Gray. Roscoe was employed as a cook at Catfish McGee's and was preceded in death by his father, brother, Don Gray.

He is survived by his wife, Candis L. Gray; children, Tevin Gray, Ajalia Brown, Gabriel Gray, Candis M. Gray, Araya Gray; grandchildren, Aubrey Gray and Neveh Gray; mother, Mary Brower Patterson; step children, Brian, Ryan and Antonio Chisholm, Anna Strickland, Yasmine Brower; sisters, Mary Gray, Vernell Harris Winchester; brothers, Olius Gray, Scotty Baylor, Travis Gray, Bernard Harris, and Norris Gray, Jr.; and multiple aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
