Su amor por la cocina era legendario; cada platillo que preparaba estaba lleno de calidez, tradición y un sabor inigualable. Nada de lo que cocinaba le salía mal, y cada comida era una muestra de su amor por los suyos. Apasionada por el Pepsi, siempre se aseguraba de tenerlo cerca y no dudaba en expresar su disgusto si no lo tenía.

Rosa fue una mujer trabajadora y dedicada que construyó un hogar lleno de amor y unión. Le precedieron en fallecimiento su amado esposo durante 60 años, Andres Valencia.

Su legado de amor y fortaleza perdura a través de sus hijos: Maricela y Maria Valencia, Jose Luis, Fernando y Armando Valencia. También deja a sus nietos: Jazmin, Luis, Carlos, Sophia, Fani, Gaby, Leo, Ale, Paola y Andres, y a sus bisnietos: Allison, Milan, Mateo, Lily, Lexi, Alex y Ariana.

Rosa was a woman of unwavering strength, independence, and deep devotion to her family. She was the heart of her home, a natural leader who always made sure things were done her way. Her love for cooking was legendary—every dish she prepared was filled with warmth, tradition, and unbeatable flavor. Nothing she made was ever less than perfect, and every meal was a testament to her love for those around her. A devoted Pepsi enthusiast, she always made sure her favorite drink was within reach and never hesitated to let you know when it wasn’t.

Rosa was a dedicated and hardworking woman who built a strong and loving household. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 60 years, Andres Valencia.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and resilience through her children: Maricela and Maria Valencia, Jose Luis, Fernando, and Armando Valencia. She was a cherished grandmother to Jazmin, Luis, Carlos, Sophia, Fani, Gaby, Leo, Ale, Paola, and Andres, and a beloved great-grandmother to Allison, Milan, Mateo, Lily, Lexi, Alex, and Ariana.
