Ronald Lee Pendleton

Ronald Lee Pendleton, age 69, of Asheboro passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 5, 2017. Ron was a kind gentleman who loved The Lord, his family, friends, and the outdoors. He was born in Roanoke County, VA on December 21, 1947 to Haywood and Lucille Little Pendleton. He was employed as a Real Estate Appraiser. Ronald was a member and elder of Sunset Avenue Church of God. In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his brother Donald Pendleton. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Dillard Pendleton; sons, Tyler Pendleton and wife Joanna of Greensboro and Chris Pendleton and wife Ashley of Raleigh; granddaughters, Neve, Ruby, Elaine and Lyla Pendleton; sister, Barbara Moore of Roanoke, VA; brother-in-law, Glenn Dillard of Roanoke, VA; and sister-in-law, Joanna Schuetz of Asheboro. He is loved and adored, and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm at Sunset Avenue Church of God, 900 Sunset Avenue in Asheboro. A celebration of life service will follow on Tuesday at 3:00 pm with Dr. Boyd Byerly officiating.
