Ronald Moore

Ronald Moore, age 67, of Asheboro died Sunday, October 6, 2013 at Randolph Hospital. Mr. Moore was a native of Moore County, attended Neighbors Grove Wesleyan Church and retired from Avery Dennison Company. He sang with the Hymnsmen Gospel Quartet for 30 years and had a hunger for winning souls for the Lord. He was sharp witted and enjoyed life. Mr. Moore was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his father, Curt Moore and brother, J. A. Moore. He is survived by his wife, Martha Hayes Moore; sons, Greg Moore and wife LeDonna of Asheboro, Tracy Moore and wife Angie of Trinity; grandchildren, Racheal Moore, Jessica Dixon and husband Randall, Amanda Thompson and husband Alex, Justin, Aaron, Ally and Jacob Julian; mother, Ressie Moore of Asheboro; sister, Betty Jean Byrom of Bowling Green, OH; brother, Larry Moore of Asheboro. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 10, 2013 from 12:30-1:30 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Randolph Memorial Park with Rev. Doug Dennis officiating.
