Roderick Stewart Fletcher

Roderick "Rory" Stewart Fletcher, age 56, of Pleasant Garden died Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Rory was born in Roslyn, New York and grew up in South Florida. He was fun loving, gregarious, and enjoyed being outdoors. Rory never met a stranger and was a friend to many. He is survived by his wife: Dina Barborini Fletcher of the home; sons: Tyler Fletcher and his wife Sarah of GA. and Ryan Fletcher of NC; mother: Leila Meade of Fl.; sister: Jean Fletcher of FL. ; brothers: Raymond Fletcher of FL. and Andrew Fletcher of CA.; their spouses and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to Randolph Cancer Center, 373 N. Fayetteville St., Asheboro, NC 27203.
